The Mishimoto Ultimate Bundle includes high-quality upgraded cooling components to replace items we’ve found to be the most failure-prone. For the 2006-2010 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax, we’ve bundled together our aluminum radiator, silicone radiator hose kit, high-temperature thermostat, low-temperature thermostat, transmission cooler, transmission cooler line kit, and titanium turbo blanket. As the stand-out component, our aluminum radiator features full aluminum construction with durable TIG-welded end tanks. In addition, this radiator is designed with a massive 2-row 2.2-in thick core, which provides substantial improvements in cooling efficiency. To supplement our robust radiator, we’ve included our incredibly durable silicone radiator hose kit. This Mishimoto Silicone Radiator Hose Kit is constructed from four layers of silicone with heat-resistant embedded fibers. Other engine coolant enhancements within this bundle include our pair of thermostat sets for the 6.6L Duramax. The Mishimoto high-temperature thermostats hasten engine warmup making it ideal for use in cold climates. The Mishimoto low-temperature thermostats allow coolant to flow through the engine earlier, reducing the risk of overheating in hot environments. The Mishimoto Duramax Transmission Cooler provides a 125-percent increase in external fin surface area, resulting in considerable improvements in cooling efficiency. The included transmission cooler lines are pre-assembled and feature a PTFE inner liner for improved heat and pressure tolerance. Finally, our new Titanium Turbo Blanket is rounding out our Duramax Ultimate Bundle, which protects vital engine bay components from excessive heat.
