The one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patent-pending filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. Its auxiliary air inlet can be used to bring in additional air from the engine compartment, or can be closed with an included plug. This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. It features a Takeda design inspired by import vehicles. Stainless-steel clamps and reinforced silicone couplings are included for strength and durability. Momentum intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation. Included billet aluminum fittings allows stock connections to transfer over seamlessly. To maximize the amount of air going to the this Air Intake System, Takeda Turbo Inlet 59-20002 is available. This Turbo Inlet will remove the air flow restriction of the factory turbo inlet, providing a smooth transition for the air from the Takeda Air Intake tube to the turbo.
