MBRP Ford/ Lincoln Explorer ST Aviator 3.0L T304 Stainless Steel 3in Cat-Back w/ Black Tips

Unlock the full potential of your Ford Explorer ST or Lincoln Aviator 3.0L EcoBoost with MBRP’s Cat-Back Exhaust System. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel for exceptional durability and corrosion resistance, this cat-back exhaust delivers the performance, refined sound, and premium appearance enthusiasts demand.
This exhaust is designed to deliver a refined, aggressive exhaust note while minimizing unwanted drone through MBRP’s TORQ (Tuned Out Resonance Quieting) Technology. The system features CNC-precision-bent tubing that maintains a consistent 3-inch pipe diameter throughout the exhaust system, along with two high-flow mufflers and dual TORQ Helmholtz resonators. Testing has shown flow improvements of up to 86% over the factory exhaust system, allowing the twin-turbocharged 3.0L EcoBoost to breathe more efficiently for improved performance, throttle response, and driving enjoyment. The bold, commanding sound profile perfectly complements the high-performance character of the Explorer ST and Lincoln Aviator.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the bolt-on design that utilizes factory mounting points and OEM hanger locations. This system also integrates upgraded flex couplers that replace the factory units, addressing a common failure point in the OEM design for added durability and peace of mind. Completing the system are four 4-inch OD black-coated exhaust tips, delivering a performance-inspired appearance that complements the athletic styling of the Explorer ST and Lincoln Aviator.
Built to perform. Designed to last. Crafted for enthusiasts. The MBRP S52793BT delivers the sound, style, and quality your vehicle deserves.
