2. Products & Compatibility

  • All products offered are intended for off-road or motorsport use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • The customer is solely responsible for ensuring product compatibility with their vehicle prior to purchase.
  • Max Power Autos shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed through a local payment gateway and charged in Omani Rial (OMR) only.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
  • Some products may not be held in stock and may be shipped directly from the supplier to the customer.
  • Special orders or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.
  • Shipping of certain special orders may be delayed due to manufacturing lead times or availability of required components from the supplier.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance procedures, and the shipping carrier.
  • The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
  • Max Power Autos shall not be responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted for unused and unopened items within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Made-to-order items, special orders, electronic products, and installed items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued only after inspection and approval of the returned product.

6. Warranty

  • All warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or use outside the intended purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

Max Power Autos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, any product or service, including but not limited to mechanical or financial damages.

8. Intellectual Property
