TTV5 Turbo Technics V5 Large Frame Turbocharger for MQB

The Turbo Technics V5 is a large frame bolt-in turbocharger upgrade for the EA888 Gen 3 engine as found in the Mk7 Golf R and S3 8v.

Coupled with simple bolt-ons and tuning, this solution can deliver up to 600hp / 450kw at the flywheel.

The key to the V5’s capabilities lie in the custom compressor housing, optimised core and superlight billet wheel. Expect incredible spool, a huge mid range and top end potential.

A true 10 second 1/4 mile turbo proved across the world and locally here in Australia with Underground Performance (current stock engine record holders).

500-550hp (300-320kw atw) is possible on 98 octane on a stock engine at 2-2.2 bar of boost

For those wanting more, a built engine and fuelling upgrades are required.

Unlike adapted industry big turbos, the V5 bolts up directly to your engine with only a oil feed swap (supplied) and silicone intake and discharge pipes installed (supplied). Stock location downpipes will fit without any modification.
